Bad
The room was too small. We stayed for 2 nights they didnt even clean our room on the second day and didnt even replenish the coffee that we drank .What the use of staying 2 nights when they already charged us the facilities but not replenish the necessary things.Very bad experience. The wast even a hot water kettle in the room.
Great air conditioning
Extremely basic rooms. We were charged Malaysian tourism tax even though we were Malaysians (and only one of us was a non- Malaysian). Reason given was because the rooms were booked when we were outside of Malaysia - which the hotel then deemed us as being “non Malaysians”. Not impressed and will raise a complaint.
No lift. I have an aged lady was given higher floor. TV cannot use spoiled. No coffee packets & heater jug to boil water.Very inconvenient.
Near the main road, convenient store and restaurants
No lift or elevator. Not suitable for elderly people and disability
Staff friendliest & clean
Hotel kettle should be placed in all rooms. Should not be under request only basis
Reasonable price. Good location.
No enough parking loh.
